Tanabata

A friend of mine in Taiwan came to Tokyo with her sister, and I guided her in Tokyo a little.
We went to Tokyo tower with them, but surprisingly, in spite of closing time soon, there were many couples, whose girl friends wore Youkata, traditional Japanese wears for summer.
I got the reason soon. That day was 7th July. It was Tanabata, Japanese traditional lovers’ memorial day.
