Main Management Skills quoted from Rich Dad, Poor Dad

The main management skills needed for success are:
1. The management of cash flow
2. The management of systems (including yourself and time with family).
3. The management of people.
The most important specialized skills are sales and understanding marketing. It is the ability to sell--therefore, to communicate to another human being, be it a customer, employee, boss, spouse or child-that is the base skill of personal success.

It's very interesting and useful.
Selling!! It's really difficult. I was a sales person before, but it was really difficult but a good experience for me. We need to sell something to live through all of our life.
We should think what people need and how we can provide them, but don't get stressed, it's not a selfish work but for establishing win-win relationship.
